📌 Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds in the following cases:
✔ Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, you can request a refund.
✔ Lost in Transit: If your package is marked as “lost in transit”, you are eligible for a full refund. If the package arrives later, it’s yours to keep—no need to return it.
✔ Not Delivered After 15 Days: If your package isn’t delivered within 15 days of shipment, you can apply for a refund. If it arrives later, you can keep it without returning it.

2️⃣ Provide Proof – For damaged items, please attach clear photos showing the issue.
3️⃣ Refund Processing – Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
📦 Return Policy
- Since we work with trusted suppliers, we do not require returns for damaged, lost, or delayed packages. If your refund is approved, you do not need to send the item back.
- We currently do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, wrong color selection, etc.). Please double-check your order before purchasing.
